I'm headed to Nepal with the GU team and thought that our friends would like to track our progress. I'll try to update this site as frequently as possible. Thanks for following along.
Hey Rich! What a great idea for the blog. Did the runway situation improve? My dad has been over there many times as you know, and even he is surprised at what they will call a "runway"! I am so jealous hearing about all of the surgeries. I so wanted to go on this trip! Oh well, there will be lots of other opportunities in the future. Tell everyone (especially Norma) I say high and I will be keeping tabs on you all.

Hi Tate! I wish you were here too. It's really been a great experience so far. Being exposed to such poverty makes me appreciate how very fortunate we are in the US. I'll let the team know. They have been reading the blog and adding to it too. Rrrr.
ReplyDeleteYo Rich, looks like a great trip. Ed and I rolled some Flann's last friday for fish sandwiches and beverages. It just wasn't the same without our whole crew present.
ReplyDeleteGlad you guys are there and getting settled. Am loving being able to follow along and especially see pics (makes me feel like I'm there!) .. Rich you were so astute to set up this blog! Jill
ReplyDeleteThanks Glenn, Ed, and Jill. I miss hanging with you guys too. But, on the plus side, I'm going to try to pick up some duty-free Irish whiskey and choice cigars on the way back home and we'll have toast upon our safe return. I can't wait!
